DNA Barcelona, in collaboration with Grupo Alves Desarrollos and IHG Group under the Vignette Collection brand, presents Hotel Franciscana, a luxury hotel project that redefines hospitality, blending elegance, sophistication, and history in the heart of the “Pueblo Mágico” of Valladolid, Mexico.
Situated in an iconic plaza in the city, the hotel rises as an artistic landmark, offering guests a unique and enriching experience. Its colonial architecture, where arches play a central role, creates an atmosphere that plays with light and shadow, framing the structure and highlighting every corner with an artistic touch.
Every detail has been carefully designed to reflect the rich cultural heritage of the region. From its luxurious hotel rooms, where comfort meets sophistication, to the common spaces that evoke the grandeur of a theatrical setting.
The hotel includes a plaza that features dining, shopping, and art experiences, where guests can enjoy various restaurants and a food-market space offering both international cuisine and regional flavors from Yucatán. Additionally, the rooftop offers a leisure area with an infinity pool that, through the arches, frames the beauty of Valladolid.
