Contemporary style. The stone and wood that line the walls in multiple seating areas add both physical and visual warmth.

The interiors have a strong visual connection with the mediterrean sea thanks to wall-sized windows, huge transoms and glass railings – all of which create an indoor/outdoor atmosphere in almost every room.

A stone deck wraps around the structure to provide space for outdoor places such as a dining area and a seating zone.

Both contemporary style and ambient lighting create a character in each room whereas clever planning preserves an open layout giving each zone some level of privacy.

Aside from outdoor entertainment the house boasts a home bar, a wine storage room, and a media area separated from the living and dining room.
