Nature is the heart of this proposal. The forms remind us about the winding course of a river, the dunes of the desert or the roots of a tree. In such richness of forms will create a great wealth of spaces.

As we go up in height, the buildings get lighter and create open spaces to give sunlight to the public areas. This strategy also offers a variety of housing typologies.

The proposal geometrizes and organizes the volumes of the buildings in natural forms that make up our entire landscape.
