Construction Update: The luxury villa “RODA DE BARA” of 360 m2 is under construction process in Tarragona, Spain.
The villa offers bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining room, bathrooms, an outside swimming pool, a parking space and a terrace where the owners can enjoy their free time. The interior design of the villa is a great example of the fact that simplicity can be very attractive and at the same time luxurious. The architectural solution allows to the owners enjoy the beautiful views of Tarragona.

RECOGNITIONS
We are pleased to announce that “Cocoon Hotel & Resort, Tulum, Mexico” was selected by World Architecture Community and rewarded by prestigious jury of WA Awards 2020 in the category Architecture- Designed.
The project consists of 46.181 m2 offering 3 residential and 2 hotel buildings “COCOON” with 204 apartments and 167 rooms as well as 16 private villas. The concept was born with the intention of offering guests a space full of luxury and comfort, that provides a true escape from everyday life, with the main objective to disconnect the wide range of services orientated to personal relaxation and leisure which coexist.
Inspired by the primordial sensation of the nest and the need of protection, DNA designed a space where people feel embraced, protected, giving a possibility to reconnect with the inner self or with the community.

Dna Barcelona presents the modelling process for “Cocoon Hotel & Resort, Tulum, Mexico” developed by our unique and innovative department DNA Lab, which contributes for modernization of our proposals. “Cocoon Hotel & resort”, Tulum, Mexico becomes a concept of eco-tourism, with unrestricted and breath-taking views, consisting of 46.181 m2 offering 3 residential and 2 hotel buildings “COCOON” with 204 apartments and 167 rooms as well as 16 private villas.
We incorporate latest research and technical advances, using our solid academic knowledge and professional experience, what allow us to generate creative solutions and an iconic project.
We use both physical and virtual modelling to investigate a given project. We find that building physical working models provides us the means to encounter similar problematics as one encounters in the actual construction. Similarly, we utilize the latest imaging and animation software to create virtual models both for design and presentation purposes.

DNA unveils a new concept of tourism, a new concept of a reconnection with ourselves and with Mother Nature.
Enhanced by Nature; EL NIDO Boutique Hotel offers 12 amazing “nest” organized in 2 floors giving the user the possibility to host a family in each “nest” or 2 separate users in each one giving 24 units. The balance between mind-body-soul is the main objective in this magical retreat ,with spa and wellness center, ayurveda and yoga center and a beach club facing the amazing sea of Tulum.
