We are proud to announce that our project “Hotel TOH, Kuyabeh, Holistic Comunity, Tulum”, presented in the DESIGN SKILL AWARDS 2023, has been rewarded with platinum in the category of Best Hospitality & Hotel Architecture.

A new concept of a holistic boutique Hotel TOH seamlessly integrated with nature, focused on body-mind-soul harmony, seeking a balance between architecture and the surrounding environment. Developed for the KUYABEH Sustainable Ecological Community, the essence and inspiration drawn from the Toh bird, guided by its shapes, feathers, and radial flight, have led us to design a unique form for the hotel to embrace the terrain, providing unparalleled panoramic views of the lagoon and a central distribution like no other.

We are proud to announce that our project “Zenote, Holistic Comunity, Tulum”, presented in the MUSE DESIGN AWARDS 2023, has been rewarded with gold in the category of Architectural Design- Residential.

From a conceptual point of view, in DNA we always aim towards the fusion between art and technology and in this case, we sought the fusion between nature and architecture, which generates the word, as we call it in DNA, “Archi-Nature”. In this way, we take inspiration from the bird’s nests, and from them our design process in DNA begins.

“ZENOTE” is the new concept of WORK-PLAY-LIVE, the only opportunity to experience the sensation of being embraced by the Mexican nature. A circular building of 129 apartments crowned with vegetation, which embraces a diaphonous space with a large central pool. Generating a complete sensation of being surrounded by nature, creates a microclimate that reduces temperatures and allows cross ventilation. DNA presents its relevance in sustainability respecting the ecosystem and the biodiversity of the fauna, contributing to the use of natural materials specifically from the Yucatan region.

We with The Evenyhotel Pyramide are proud to announce that our project “GreenLand, Vienna”, presented in the LONDON DESIGN AWARDS 2023, has been rewarded in the category of Architectural Design- Mix Use Designs.

GreenLand, Vienna represents a unique residential co-living, hotel and commercial eco-building with microapartments and common areas, designed to be located next to the lake, a place that provide the residents with an opportunity of different activities such soccer and volleyball courts, restaurants and beach club, surfing, boutiques etc. The main objective was to create a co-living and co-working complex that represents an international smart city with its old European culture, building a self-sufficient community, at the same time focusing on involving nature.

DNA was searching to achieve a balance in such building to connect “working and living” in a reasonable and comfortable space. The complex contains three basic aspects of life: basic needs, entertainment, and work.
