We would like to thank Amazing Architecture for sharing our Futuristic Eco-Building “HELICO TOWER” for the New Skyline of Singapore where Nature and architecture merge to create an Icon, a sustainable tower that brings back agriculture to cities where every apartment will offer a private garden, a direct relation with Nature. Solar and water resources are provided by the connecting “ribs” that embrace the building in an elegant way by giving both structural and MEP support to all the tower.

DNA presents Construction Update of luxury villas I & II in Caldes D’Estrac, Spain. Both houses are under construction process and will be finished soon.
The villas provide large and comfortable place for living, complemented by a modern swimming pool, patios for enjoying the meals with friends and garages.
Specially elaborated plans of both floors enhance the significance of space. Both houses afford gorgeous panoramic views over lush greenery and sea.

We are pleased to announce that “Millenium Complex, Madrid” became the gold winner of Archframe Design Awards in the category “Mixed-Use Design”!
The project represents a unique hotel and office building developed to be integrated in the area of Valdebebas, one of the most important residential, business and leisure districts of Madrid. The 3 building blocks have 11 levels up and 2 down, offering various functionalities and uses.

We would like to give a big thank to the @voguemexico Magazine for sharing our projects “El Nido Boutique Hotel, Tulum, Mexico” & “Cocoon Hotel & Resort, Tulum, Mexico” & on their prestigious digital journal as “3 hotels in Tulum with spectacular architecture inspired by nests”.
El Nido Boutique Hotel, being Inspired by Nature, represents a complex of 12 super villas “nests”, with luxury private rooms integrated in Nature and with spectacular sea views.
Cocoon Hotel & Resort was inspired by the primordial sensation of the nest and the need of protection, offering a space where people feel embraced, protected, giving a possibility to reconnect with the inner self or with the community. The project represents a complex of 46.181 m2 consisting of 3 residential and 2 hotel buildings “COCOON” with 204 apartments and 167 rooms as well as 16 private villas.

DNA PRESENTS “TREE LIFE BOUTIQUE HOTEL” IN ALDEA ZAMÁ, TULUM, MEXICO!
TULUM, MEXICO
DNA Barcelona Architects presents “Tree Life Boutique Hotel, Aldea Zamá, Tulum, Mexico”, a new project for Giada Real Estate, inspired from the Nature patterns- wooden façade and lots of greenery inside. The hotel represents a solid triangular building with the surface of 1.652 m2 with big panoramic windows all along the complex, covered by a uniquely developed tree structure which creates an interesting game of shadows and at the same time gives a feeling of protection to its guests.
“Tree Life Hotel” consists of 5 floors and 18 rooms and offers an amazing place to rest on the roof with a spacious terrace, sun beds and a swimming pool.
DNA makes an emphasis on sustainability respecting ecosystem and biodiversity, contributing to the usage of natural materials. The first floor is decorated with trees and bushes and the walls of the hotel are covered by vertical vegetation which reminds a greenhouse. DNA achieves a fusion between Nature & Architecture and creates a place which helps its guests to achieve a balance between mind-body-soul providing a true escape from everyday life and allowing maximum disconnection.
