DNA unveils a new Proposal- “THE DANCING TOWERS”, an Iconic project for the skyline of Dubai, U.A.E. These two well-engineered, safe, efficient, and smart-tall towers represent mixed-use & high-rise buildings offering an exclusive living/working conditions with amazing unrestricted views on the city.

THE DANCING TOWERS become an outstanding landmark due to the unique design of geometrical transformation, which creates a distinguished and dynamic shape. The twisted facade contributes to create a variety of interior spaces depending on the orientation of each floor.

The tower will be in conjunction with already existing buildings and is capable to correspond to all the modern user´s needs offering a unique space to live and to work.

DNA unveils a new commercial center for the city of Guayaquil in Ecuador. This new iconic project OASIS 365 offers various commercial offices, cinema, chill out spaces, central plaza, and parking, becoming a landmark of the city merging with the nature and offering a new experience for the shopping and leisure.

The project is formed by different volumes such as amoebas or cells connected between each other creating different itineraries and bringing people to the terrace where will be focused all the leisure when all the shopping spaces will be in each of the cells. The center of the building is composed by a green plaza where ascends a new Oasis with microclimate due to the heating temperatures in Guayaquil.

DNA unveils a Proposal for a New Icon Tower in the skyline of Shenzhen, China.
The multi-use program of offices/Hotel and apartments allow us to create one common skygarden at the center of the tower giving a unique microclimate and sustainable Building.

The skin of the tower is formed by thousands of photovoltaic panels producing energy for the lighting facade system and reducing energy consumption by “smart glass devices.

Nature comes back to our cities by open courtyards with local vegetation, internal waterfalls and sky garden at the top to the LEAF TOWER.
