The house is settled in a privilege plot, this strategic location creates a potential landmark and a respectful design with the landscape and surroundings. As slopes of natural terraces the house is adapted to the topography creating gentle terraces facing the sea and creating living space where interior and exterior blends into a space where body-mind-soul it’s in balance with nature.

The concept used for the Residence Lloret de Mar is the movement of volumes, and the interplay of solid and voids, articulated through a careful use of materiality.
Understated elegance, contemporary clean lines, from the sophistication of the open living areas to a spacious distribution inside. The Residence is located on a hill top, with the most fantastic panorama view you can imagine. You see the sunrise and the sun sets from an undisturbed world. The Lloret de Mar Residence offers spectacular views of the city of Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea in a house that are both spacious and contemporary designed.

“The complex Rose of a desert” is a project located in Oran, Algeria. It is a complex consisting of apartments and commercial spaces. The design strategy and concept comes through the study of the rose of the desert: from the structure of the rose, to the form of the petals.

The four different towers, each shaped like a petal, are positioned as though it is a rose opening up its beauty to the world. The project is divided into three main parts: a base that is in contact with the ground, the main bodies (towers) that are rising to the sky in different heights and the interstices are the spaces that connect the base of the towers with public program.

Tons of natural light inside the house and outside you will find a large inviting pool with plenty of areas for full sunlight or shade perfect for entertaining day or night. This house has two floors, large terraces and a pool. The first floor is basically the night area of the house, composed of a bedroom and a living room. From the bedrooms and the lounge you can access to a large triangular terrace overlooking the sea. Downstairs takes place the day area, where we found the kitchen, the large triangular dining room, home cinema and spa with a gym attached to the pool.
