DNA is developing the ‘The university complex Tizi-ouzou’ in Algeria. The project was won through competition in 2011.

Education challenges are always evolving. In many parts of the world, access to higher education is still hampered by poor facilities. With this project DNA creates facilities for 10.000 university students. The UNIVERSITY COMPLEX TIZI-OUZOU is compound for buildings and an auditorium, interacting with the topography of the site. The Complex University promotes campus activity and pedestrian circulation while unifying each building with leisure spaces, articulating interior and exterior spaces.

DNA arrives in Accra, Ghana, to build a ‘British School’ where the children can complete their education, from kindergarten level to secondary school level.

The formal concept of the school is like a continuous ribbon that weaves in ascending order representing the advancement of education of a child. The circulation space of the building is a continuous ramp where a single corridor, links all areas and is constantly increasing in height. The cover is a playground, leaving the possibility of being a lot if this were required collector. The facade consists of glass and blind-boards that follows the chromology colors of the rainbow, this creates a fun and friendly image, in contrast to emblematic schools, their colors invite students to a play space and knowledge.

DNA is developing several luxury family houses. The houses are located in “The Vinya” PGA Golf urbanization, in Las Caldes de Malavella, Girona .

The ‘Alabriga Hotel Boutique S’agaro‘ is where luxury and nature coexist. The words “Nature, durability, sensibility” encapsulate the spirit of this project.

The hotel is an impeccably contemporary design that provides each hotel guest with the comfort and luxury amenities catered for the contemporary traveler. Every element in the design – furniture, combinations of materials and colours – has been thoughtfully and carefully designed so that they complement each other innovatively.

DNA’s Luxury Appartments in Calonge are contributing to better considered housing from the ground up.
