Grupo Vía talks in Barcelona about the future of residential architecture and housing developments
Grupo Vía celebrates in Barcelona a new edition of its multidisciplinary event dedicated to the residential sector that has brought together a selection of prominent residential developers together with leading architecture and design studios to learn about their inspiring housing projects in different presentations and discuss the challenges, trends, opportunities and challenges of the habitat sector.
The Vitra showroom in Barcelona has been the space where this Grupo Vía residential event has taken place, in which, in addition to this leading furniture brand, companies such as Delta Light and Schneider Electric, Nedgia and Soprema have been sponsors of the forum, which have Innovations in lighting, as well as digitalization and building automation, are on display. More than 70 professionals from the sector attended this event of architecture, interior design and promoters of the housing sector. Aryanour Djalali, CEO of DNA BARCELONA, has pointed out the importance of creating a brand, adding value from architecture, betting on innovation and design, investing in marketing to help position oneself, having a multidisciplinary team and a financial strategy. Thanks to these tools, the studio has worked on national promotions together with developers such as Kronos Homes, Vía Célere, NCalma, La Llave de Oro, ASG Homes, Inmoglaciar, Volumètric, Gestilar or MIA-DOMO. Djalali has outlined some of these works such as The Kube in Tarragona for Kronos Homes with a tower and a block for BTR, the 96 second residence homes for The Waves in Ibiza with a shipping nature for NCalma, the 49 townhouses for Cala Tarida, the project Aguamarina in Ibiza that has resumed its construction that had been stopped or the Atlanta Vic promotion for Volumètric. Likewise, Aryanour has shown some of the work that the firm is carrying out with its jump to Mexico: Amira District, Cocoon, Bulgari Tower, Zenote and Oasis 101, in which the integration of nature, the search for iconic architecture can be seen. , community spaces and architecture as a commercial ally for sales.

In March 2023 we have received international students who are interested in studying Architecture. We have shared experiences and professional values. The students were very interested in knowing our DNA of the projects that we develop internationally along with innovation and creativity, specializing in conceptual design, master planning and architecture with highly qualified personnel in the process.

Our team has shared the process and vision of development of our architectural projects from within. The unique creation process, understanding and giving meaning to all the internal and external conditions that each project requires. For this reason, at DNA our main mission is to develop all professional skills, which is why we analyze, simulate, render, present, calculate and manage all kinds of technical solutions; to create comfortable and sustainable places to live, work and play.

FIDI welcomed Aryanour Djalali, who presented the final lecture in her fall lecture series to our students.

Aryanour is the founder and CEO Creative Director of the award-winning studio DNA Barcelona Architects, specializing in architecture, planning, landscaping, interiors and design. For more than 20 years, Aryanour has led many incredible projects, including the Boutique Hotel S’Agaró in Girona, the Iconic Towers Building “Desert Rose” in Oran and the Cocoon Hotel & Resort, Tulum. During the conference, Aryanour presented a selection of innovative and luxurious projects located in Mexico, each with an overarching theme of nature and a strong identity driven by both the historical and environmental context of each building. Aryanour covered a variety of topics during his talk, from the practice design approach to delivering this concept to clients using 3D imagery and precedent. With each project, Aryanour stressed the importance of connection and personalization, which are essential for the success of a project. We are grateful to be able to share this experience with The Florence Institute of Design.

We appreciate to be part of the European mobility companies with MOVEU and EPD-European Projects Development. During the month of December 2022 we have received international students of Architecture. We have shared professional experiences and values. Aryanour Djalali was invited by Grupo Via to present latest DNA´s projects within the framework of the event “NEW ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS”.

As well, he participated in the debate on changes in the demands and needs of customers, new ways of inhabiting spaces and designing them, how to improve the city and public spaces from architecture or on the response of architects to the climate challenge.
